  1. Full page ads. Document/file size should be 8-3/4" (222 mm) wide by 11-9/16" (293 mm) deep, in order to allow 3/16" (5mm) trim and bleed at the top, foredge, and backbone and 1/2" (13mm) trim bleed at the bottom. Any type should be at least 1/4" (7mm) inside the published trim size of 8-3/8" (212mm) wide x 10-7/8" (276mm) deep.
  2. No reproduction material or files will be returned prior to the publication date. All reproduction materials not used for 12 months will be destroyed unless Publisher is advised otherwise.
  3. Type corrections will be set in nearest match available. Special inks and production stocks, or fifth colors available upon request. Please contact the Production Department for details and a quote.
